How payment works

A single invoice, once a year.

We don't ask for card details to start the trial, because most schools find that annoying. After 14 days, if you'd like to carry on, we'll send you one invoice for £499 and you've got 30 days to pay by bank transfer. No auto-renewal, no card on file, no surprise charges. Every year you decide afresh, and most schools find that much easier to push through finance than a typical card-on-file SaaS subscription.

Common questions about pricing.

Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The 14-day free trial doesn't ask for one. If you want to keep going at the end of the trial, we'll send you an invoice.
How do we pay?
Bank transfer, once a year. We invoice you at the start of your subscription and you've got 30 days to pay. No auto-renewal, no surprise charges.
What if we want to cancel?
There's nothing to cancel. We invoice once a year. If you don't want to continue, you simply don't pay the next invoice. Your data stays accessible for export for 30 days and is then deleted.
Is it really unlimited users?
Yes. £499 covers your whole school. Every teacher, every administrator, every governor, every reviewer. There are no per-seat fees, ever.
What happens to our data?
It lives in the EU in Ireland, encrypted at rest and in transit, backed up daily. You can export everything as PDFs or structured data at any time. If you leave, you take it with you.
